Sgombero Rom abusivi al Rubattino: mozione presentata da PdL e Lega Nord Zona 3
Scritto da Gianluca Boari il 23 ottobre 2009 – 00:33 -In occasione della seduta di Consiglio di Zona 3 di ieri noi consiglieri dei gruppi di PdL e Lega Nord, andando incontro alle richieste dei cittadini residenti nel quartiere, abbiamo presentato congiuntamente una mozione urgente per chiedere lo sgombero immediato delle aree del quartiere occupate abusivamente dai “nomadi”.
La mozione sarà messa in votazione nella prossima seduta prevista per il 29 ottobre. Spero che in questa occasione i partiti della sinistra vorranno sommare i propri voti a quella della maggioranza di centro destra.
Ricordo per onore di cronaca che l’occupazione abusiva al Rubattino, in una delle due aree (all’altezza del civico 81 di via Rubattino) non è purtroppo una novità. Infatti già nel 2008 denunciavo in una mia mozione una situazione simile, anche se meno grave dal punto di vista dei numeri. Tale mozione fu approvata unicamente coi voti del centrodestra in quanto la sinistra, divisa al suo interno, decise di abbandonare l’aula consigliare.
In seguito venne effettuato uno sgombero.

Lo sgombero in via rubattino stabile ex Enel deve essere fatta al più presto proprio perchè si tratta di un’occupazione abusiva che nuoce a tutti/e (anche a quei pochi rom che vorrebbero inserirsi e rispettare le leggi). Un’occupazione abusiva vicino ad un’ area dove non sono ancora sorti servizi adeguati e necessari all’elevato numero di abitanti della zona, peggiora la situazione di tutti/e! Secondo me sarebbe utile venire in Consiglio il 29 numerosi in modo tale da far capire ai consiglieri, che dovranno approvare o meno la mozione, quale sia la chiara volontà dei cittadini residenti
